About the Job

Full-time on-site role at Inspect Business Solutions. The Technical Sales Representative will drive new business acquisition and manage client relationships across our service lines: ERP implementation, accounting and bookkeeping, tax advisory, audit, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and approaching potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns
  • Conducting needs assessments to match IBS services to client requirements
  • Preparing and presenting service proposals and quotations
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Coordinating with technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and delivery
  • Tracking sales pipeline and reporting on performance metrics
  • Representing IBS at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Understanding of accounting, ERP systems, or business advisory services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with business owners and decision makers
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driving license

Experience Needed

1+ Years in B2B sales or business development

Compensation

3,000 - 6,000 EGP/month base + commission, subject to annual increase

Working Days and Hours

Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM (field work flexibility)
