About the Job

Full-time on-site role providing high-level administrative support to senior management at Inspect Business Solutions. The Executive Secretary will be the organizational backbone of the firm, ensuring smooth daily operations and professional client-facing communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading official correspondence and reports in Arabic and English
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, mail)
  • Coordinating with clients, government authorities, and team members on behalf of management
  • Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Managing office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Supporting HR tasks including attendance tracking and leave coordination

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience Needed

2+ Years in a similar administrative role

4,000 - 8,000 EGP/month, subject to annual increase and bonuses

Working Days and Hours

Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM
